Arrive at the pool: 730AM
Warmups: 750AM
Meet starts: 830AM

Time Trials are tomorrow morning! Please arrive at the pool by 730AM to be ready for warmups at 750AM. Older swimmers and families are encouraged to arrive at 7AM to help set up. It goes pretty quickly when we all work together! A million thanks to everyone signed up to volunteer tomorrow - we are fully staffed because of everyone’s willingness to help out.

Remember to bring water, sunscreen, goggles, swim cap, and an appetite for concessions! All deck officials should wear a white shirt and navy blue bottoms. (This is how we know who should be on deck and who shouldn’t be.)

Most importantly, please remind your swimmers that Time Trials is where they can get their baseline times to compare to times at the end of the season. They are only racing themselves tomorrow - and I hope they will all be proud when they compare these times to their last times of the season. Improvement is what we are aiming for!

Reminder to new families: the pool is closed during meets, so the baby pool and shallow/deep ends of the pool are off limits.

Events for Time Trials

Your swimmer’s events are now available in the SwimTopia app. When you click on Time Trials, you should see their events. Swimmers have been placed into 2, 3, or all 4 events based on the Coaches’ decisions. 

Heat Sheets & Entry Report Attached

The heat sheet and entry report are attached to this email. You can also find your swimmers’ events on here, in addition to in the app. (You do not need to print these!)

Declare for the 6/20 A Meet (Home v Rutherford) by 9PM on Monday, 6/15!

Declarations for the 6/20 A Meet are due by 9PM on 6/15. Tell us if your swimmer is available or not in the SwimTopia app. The app will tell you a couple days later if your swimmer has been selected for the meet or not. As a reminder, A meets are competitively seeded, so your swimmer may or may not be selected depending on their current best times.
