6/7 Vikings Week Ahead

Happy Sunday, Vikings Families!

The season has been off to a great start! Things start to get real this week as we approach Time Trials on Saturday, June 13th. PLEASE DECLARE YOUR ATTENDANCE FOR TIME TRIALS BY NOON ON JUNE 11TH! If your swimmer can NOT attend, please declare as soon as possible. Our coaches will try to get their times during practice the week before or after, so the earlier we know, the better. These times are used for seeding our first “A” Meet the following weekend.

Also, additional purchased tshirts are ready for pickup! Find me at practice sometime if you’re still waiting on your order.

Notes from the pool: As a reminder, smoking is prohibited on all pool property, including the parking lot. Please do not flush anything in the toilets besides toilet paper and human waste - we recently had to have an expensive clog of “flushable” wipes cleared out.

Practice Schedule: Weekday evening practices continue all week.

• 13 and up: 415PM - 515PM
• 8 and under: 515PM - 615PM
• Little Vikings: 515PM - 6PM
• 9-12: 615PM - 715PM

Time Trials - 6/13 at 830AM: Please login to your Swimtopia account and declare (tell us whether they’re attending or not) your swimmer for Time Trials. Our coaches will try to get times during practice as an alternative, so it's helpful for us to know ASAP if you cannot attend.

After that, please sign up for a job!!! We need all hands on deck that day, as we don’t have volunteers from the visiting team. For example, we need 18 timers! Every single job is necessary, so please sign up and save me from having to text you all individually ;)

Vikings Olympics / Pancake Breakfast / Team Photo - 6/18: All Little and Big Vikings arrive to practice at 740AM wearing your new team t-shirt and a swimsuit underneath. We will start getting the kids lined up for the team photo right away, so please arrive promptly!

Sibling / Individual Photos for purchase are also offered by the photographer. Sign up here for this optional add on. Please note that these photos will be opt-in only to keep the line running smoothly. Please only sign up if you likely intend to purchase the photo.
