IM Carnival @ Rolling Forest Pool: 7011 Flax Street, Springfield, VA 22152

• 4:45 pm: Swimmers Arrive
• 5:05-5:25 pm: Viking Warm-Up
• 6:10 pm: Officials Briefing
• 6:30 pm: Meet Begins

Parking: The parking lot will be used to stage swimmers, so parking will be limited to the neighborhood. Families can drop off swimmers at the entrance and then park. We have the first warm-up, so if you come at the scheduled time, you will be more likely to find parking close to the pool!

Concessions: The Rolling Forest Sugar Shack will be serving hot dogs, burgers, and quesadillas along with the usual variety of candy, snacks, and drinks.

Declare for Divisionals by Monday, 9:00 pm 7/14: The declaration process for Divisionals is different than our normal process. Families will receive an email with a Google doc that will ask for your declaration and order of stroke preference. Each team gets 2 swimmers per stroke (Free, Back, Breast, Fly, IM), so not all swimmers will make the Divisional Meet. However, another team may not be able to fill their lanes due to vacation, sickness, or few swimmers in that age group, so we will have a chance to put forward a swimmer for that lane and need to know preference and availability!

We will seed the meet on Tuesday after practice and then finalize all swimmers at the Division 16 Meeting on Wednesday evening. Divisional assignments will be released on Thursday morning. Thanks for your patience in this process! We are so proud of all our swimmers!

End of Year Banquet, Sunday, July 20 @ 5:00 pm: Join us at Village West Pool Pavillion for our End of Year Banquet. Please bring your own chairs! Featuring complimentary dinner from Rice & Spice, special "paper plate" awards for each swimmer, and much more! Plus, the pool will be open until 9 p.m. for bonus swim time and family Relay Races!
